Returns & exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, choosing the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind after receiving the order.
Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, contact Slightly Unhinged Radio within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Eligible claims may receive a replacement at no additional cost or a refund after the claim is reviewed and approved.
Lost packages
If your order appears to have been lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and submit a claim.
Wrong size or color
If the item you receive matches the size and color you ordered, we cannot provide a free exchange or refund because the product was made specifically for that order. Please use the size guide on the product listing before purchasing. If you receive a size or color different from what you ordered, contact us as an incorrect-item claim.
Incorrect shipping address & unclaimed packages
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because the shipment was unclaimed, reshipping charges may apply. Once a shipped order is returned and processed, there is a limited window to arrange reshipment.
Please contact us before returning anything
Do not mail merchandise back without contacting us first. For qualifying damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect-item claims, a physical return is generally not required.
