Describe yourself in three words: Patriotic, Firefighter, Unfiltered

What’s your go-to song when you need a mood boost? Welcome Home- Coheed and Cambria. It’s been my favorite song for years, and no matter how many times I hear it, it still gives me goosebumps.

What is something listeners would be surprised to learn about you? By day I am an FAA-certified aircraft mechanic. On the side, I am a volunteer firefighter, EMT, podcast host, and now…somehow…a radio DJ! I also collect sports cards, so if I’m not at work or the firehouse, there’s a good chance I’m digging though baseball cards.

Why do you love Slightly Unhinged Radio? Nobody is trying to be somebody else. Every DJ has their own personality, their own style, and their own stories. It’s real radio made by real people.

Why should someone tune in to your show? You never know what’s coming next. One minute we’re talking about a structure fire, the next we’re laughing over a ridiculous firehouse story, and then we’re diving into rock music history or a move challenge. It is four hours of rock, patriotism, firefighter culture, and controlled chaos..all from the perspective the The Rookie.
